I am a student at heart and a teacher by profession. I am an Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher in the traditional and experimental style. My teaching focuses on finding one’s true nature by exploring different corners of mind and body through practice and cultivating a formless & warrior mindset that enables students to overcome difficulties and grow. I always encourage and support the students in overcoming personal difficulties and enhance self-confidence in everybody’s practice. What's unique about my class is that I can maintain discipline without closing to new experiences and bring curiosity within my  students to search for their true nature.

This autumn I will be guiding you through different Breathwork & Pranayama practices focused on creating internal heat and welcoming feelings of calm, stillness & inner peace.

5 Days to Splits!

During these 5 days we will prepare the body with the right warmup techniques both stationary and dynamic. We will explore different hip opening sequences, preparation poses, props to accelerate the progress and be safely guided into Hanumanasana (the splits!)

We are not only on our way to achieving a pose but we can gain many benefits from these daily practices such as:

  • More freedom and movement in the body.

  • Vitality and better digestion.

  • Better blood flow.
